make crackers from glutinous rice



By crackers are crackers made from glutinous rice (white or black) consumed by crackers as a snack friends drinking tea or coffee.

1. The materials used
-Sticky rice 1 kg
-garlic 0.2 ounces


-Seasoning Cook to taste
-0.2 ounces granulated sugar
-Salt 0.4 ounces
To be gained by + 1.25 kg in raw state.
2. The equipment used
-Steamer
-Stove
the print tools (can be made from bamboo skin)
-Tampah (for drying)
-Pan
-Scales

3. How to manufacture by

a. glutinous rice washed to clean and soaked in a pan for 2 days 2 nights so that later could crackers crisp.
b. Before glutinous rice boiled rice in the steamer. Add the garlic already fried, cooked flavorings, granulated sugar and salt. Stir until evenly seasoning. Leave it until it is cooked.
c. glutinous rice After cooking, drain and compress above junk. Next the glutinous rice can be immediately printed. Prints can be made from bamboo skin thin circular (diameter and height of 5 – 7 + 0.5 cm).
d. Then dried until dry.


4. Packing
Crackers can be sold by the State in raw or cooked and packaged in a thick plastic.
