Make cassava crackers



Cassava crackers are generally consumed as a snack food friend drinking coffee or tea in the afternoon. These crackers that are large with a diameter of 20 cm or smaller 3-7 cm long.
1. The materials used
-cassava 1 kg
-garlic 0.2 ounces

-Seasoning Cook to taste
-0.2 ounces granulated sugar
-Salt 0.4 ounces
-chives to taste
As much as 1.25 kg raw samiler will be obtained for a number of materials used.
2. The equipment used
-large Steamer
-Stove
-Tampah (Tools;)
-print Equipment (the plate)
grated coconut tools
-Scales
3. Making samiler
a. cassava peeled and cleaned.
b. cassava shredded grated coconut with a tool.
c. results of the grated cassava and then mixed with garlic (crushed and fried), spices, sugar, and salt until evenly (hereinafter referred to as the dough).
d. Print Tool used could utilize the plate of zinc with size as desired. Put the dough on the plate and tool pipihkan + 1 mm until evenly distributed. Sprinkle the dough on top of sliced green onion to taste.
e. turn on the stove and put the steamer that had to contain the water. Allow the water to a boil.
f. the batter that is already printed on the Zinc plate was placed above that in the steamer. Position of the plate are there so the people at the bottom. steam + 15 seconds.
g. Cook samiler After enough, the dough can be removed and drained over tampah. So do so on until the dough runs out.
h. All samiler then left to dry.
