Make crackers puli

Puli crackers made with basic ingredients of rice. Crackers puli it's cheap and affordable by the community.

1. The materials used
-Rice 1 kg
-60 g Borax
-0.25 oz garlic

-0.25 oz granulated sugar
-Salt 0.4 ounces
-seasoning to taste cuisine
For a number of materials used will be retrieved as many as puli crackers 1.25 kg (raw).
2. The equipment used
-Stove
-Wok
-Knife
-Cutting boards
-pounder tools
-Scales
3. Making crackers puli
a. Rice is cooked into the rice.
b. after the rice (in a State of heat) pounded along with garlic, granulated sugar, salt, seasoning, cuisine and borax until crushed and evenly.
c. After quite chewy made dodolan form beams or cylinder with a size of 30 cm in diameter and 5 – 7 cm. dodolan then dried until half dry for easy slices.
d. Dodolan is a fairly dry and then with thick slices of + 2 mm. dodolan slices are then dried again until dry and ready to be wrapped for sale.
e. Once dry crackers ready to be fried.
