make crackers uyel

Crackers uyel is one kind of crackers that we often encounter in stalls or restaurants. In accordance with its name the form of crackers is quite unique. Like a braided rope that perming.

1. Raw materials
-all purpose flour 1 ounce
-tapioca flour 1 kg
-Salt 0.4 ounces
-garlic 0.2 ounces

3. Making the seasoning and batter
a. garlic pounded and fried. After a rather cool and then mix it with salt, granulated sugar, seasoning and cooking.

4. Printing
