Make beef jerky meat

Beef is one of the many types of meat consumed in the community. The most important nutrient content of beef is a protein and fat.
The availability of beef quite a lot, both in traditional markets or in supermarkets. The main producing areas of beef are East Java, Central Java, South Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, and Nusa Tenggara Timur.

Beef can be made into an assortment of side dishes, among others in the form of processed products made jerky. Beef jerky has long been known and frowned upon by the community.

-brown sugar 20%
Red Bawng-2.5%
garlic-1.5%
Galangal-3.5%
Coriander-2.5%
-Salt 5%

3. Way of making
a. cleaned Meat in its own fat, then thin-sliced thinly but widened.
b. Meat washed to clean and drained.
c. Meat greased frying spices.
d. Dried for 2 – 3 days.
e. Beef Jerky that has been packaged so use with plastic wrap.
