make lemuru fish jerky

Fish lemuru (Sardinella longiceps) including types of pelagic fish. These fish are small and soft texture. Her round shape lengthwise. Her stomach is a bit thin with scales of prominent and sharp spines.
Lemuru fish including the fatty fish is high, i.e. between 5%-15%. Fatty fish contains more lemuru double bonds so it is safe in terms of health.

3. Way of making
a. Fish been weeded and butterfly-shaped split, then washed and drained.
b. the fish is soaked in a solution of salt for 15 minutes, then washed and drained again. The water should be enough to soak the entire fish.
c. Cilantro roasted peanuts, then finely crushed garlic together.
d. sugar made solution (sugar: water = 2:3) and boiled, then strained.
e. Fish marinated for 20 hours in a solution of sugar mixed spices and preservatives.
f. the fish is dried to dry for 3-4 days.
g. Jerky that had been so packed with plastic OPP (fish can be stored for 3 months in room temperature).
